A Wellness Space Built From Real Life
Hearthstone Family Wellness was born from my own health journey, my family’s transition to gluten-free living, and years of helping others navigate supplements, digestive health, food sensitivities, and everyday wellness.
I know how overwhelming it can feel to stand in an aisle full of products, trying to make the “right” choice when your health — or your family’s health — depends on it.
Hearthstone is being created to make that experience feel less confusing, less rushed, and more supportive.
Why Hearthstone Exists
My interest in wellness did not begin as a business idea. It began personally.
After facing my own health struggles, I started asking deeper questions about food, digestion, supplements, and the role everyday choices can play in supporting the body. When my family needed to transition to gluten-free living, I experienced firsthand how difficult that change can be — not just practically, but emotionally.
Learning what was safe, finding products that actually tasted good, reading labels, changing routines, and trying to support a household through it all was a lot.
That experience changed the way I looked at wellness.
It eventually led me to begin my education in nutrition, and later becoming part of the vitamin and supplement industry, because I wanted to better understand how to support myself, my family, and others walking through similar challenges.
Hearthstone Family Wellness grew from that journey.

My goal is to combine thoughtful products with education, conversation, and care.
